✔ Graduation: 60% or CGPA 6.0+ (As per university guidelines)
✔ Degree: B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech (5-Year Integrated Courses also eligible)
✔ Allowed Branches: CS / IT & Circuital Only
✅ Additional Criteria:
✔ Backlogs: Maximum 1 backlog allowed at the time of assessment
✔ Education Gap: Maximum 3 years allowed (between 10th and Graduation start)
✔ Graduation Period: Must be completed within 4 years
✔ Degree Type: Full-time from a recognized Central/State university
✔ Nationality: Indian Citizen / PIO / OCI / Bhutan & Nepal Nationals with citizenship certificate
✔ Age: Must be 18+ at the time of registration
💰 Compensation & Benefits:
💵 CTC: ₹3.50 LPA
🎁 Flat ₹25K Bonus after 6 months
📈 Regular Yearly Increments
🎯 Performance-Based Bonuses at 18, 24, and 36 months
📜 Service Agreement: 12 months post-joining (₹75,000 on pro-rata basis)
