As an Associate Technical Consultant, your role is to act as the bridge between Razorpay’s technical products and its clients. You will work closely with development, support, and sales teams to solve customer queries, improve product implementation, and ensure flawless merchant experience.

๐ธ Handle technical queries related to Razorpay APIs, plugins, and services๐ธ Support Level 2/3 technical issues, providing clear, timely solutions
๐ธ Act as a communication link between merchants, internal teams, and engineering
