🎯 Serve as a Trainee Product Technical Analyst on Zycus Procurement Applications (Source to Pay)
🎯 Act as the first point of contact for customers via email, chat, or call
🎯 Work closely with the Technical Account Management Team to resolve customer issues
🎯 Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and contribute to process improvements
🎯 Gain expertise in Zycus products, configuration, MS-Excel, and Incident Management Tools
🎯 Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for business problem-solving
