✅ Diagnose & resolve hardware/software/network issues via phone, email, and chat
✅ Route complex issues to 2nd & 3rd level IT support teams
✅ Manage user account provisioning & troubleshooting
✅ Document incidents & resolutions in the Incident Management System
✅ Provide Level 1 remote desktop support & troubleshooting
✅ Assist users with IT solutions for efficient operations
✅ Perform routine IT maintenance & user access reviews
✨ Required Skills
✅ Strong communication skills
✅ Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)
✅ Understanding of Windows Operating Systems
✅ Familiarity with Remote Desktop Applications (SMS, Bomgar, WebEx, Live Meeting)
✅ Problem-solving skills & proactive attitude
✅ Basic knowledge of Active Directory & Exchange
