✨ Diagnose & resolve hardware/software/network issues via phone, email, or chat
✨ Route complex problems to internal IT support teams
✨ Manage vendor relationships for IT issue resolution
✨ Handle user account provisioning & system troubleshooting
✨ Utilize Incident Management System for problem tracking
✨ Provide Level 1 remote desktop support
✨ Conduct user training and prepare documentation
✨ Maintain IT systems & ensure smooth operations
✨ Required Skills:
✨ Strong communication skills
✨ Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
✨ Familiarity with Windows OS & Remote Desktop applications
