📢 Job Responsibilities
✅ Creation and handling of Problem Reports, Change Requests, and Change Notices for all Design and Production changes through PDMLink Windchill.
✅ Creation and handling of P BOM based on requests from factories/changes to the G BOM.
✅ Maintain Production Bill of Materials (BoM) and ensure design release/changes are implemented across production/supplier plants.
✅ Handle Phase In/Phase Out of materials and BoM based on available stock, open purchase orders, and future production needs.
✅ Analyze Design Changes and verify BoM accuracy before production implementation.
✅ Ensure consistent Master Data and BOM across systems as per global governance standards.
✅ Responsible for Global Material Master Attributes enrichment in Windchill PDMLink and SAP.
✅ Conduct/Participate in ECM meetings with cross-functional teams.
🎯 Qualifications
🎓 Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / EEE / Mechatronics)
👨💻 Experience: 0 – 0.6 Years in any field
🏆 Competencies & Skills Required
🔹 Change Management Knowledge: Understanding of change management frameworks.
🔹 Stakeholder Management: Efficient handling of global stakeholders.
🔹 Technical Proficiency: Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint for reporting. Exposure to Excel Macros & Power BI is an added advantage.
🔹 Time Management: Ability to plan and prioritize tasks in a time-sensitive environment.
🔹 Communication Skills: Fluent in English (Oral & Written).
