🔥 Role & Responsibilities:
✅ Provide Technical Support – Assist customers and field personnel in troubleshooting Windchill installation & functionality issues.
✅ Customer-Centric Approach – Understand and resolve user concerns while following PTC support procedures.
✅ Issue Diagnosis & Resolution – Configure software, replicate issues, and coordinate fixes with R&D and QA teams.
✅ Knowledge Management – Contribute to the PTC Knowledgebase and create technical documentation.
✅ Continuous Learning & Mentorship – Enhance expertise, support junior members, and collaborate with global teams.
🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications:
🔹 Education: B.E/B.Tech (CS, IT, E&TC) or MCA
🔹 Experience: 0 – 2 years (Freshers can apply)
🔹 Technical Skills:
✔ Proficiency in Java & Database Management
✔ Basic Unix/Windows administration
✔ Fundamental networking knowledge (Preferred)
🔹 Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory):
✔ Oracle Certified Java Programmer (SCJP)
✔ Oracle Certified DBA
🔹 Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
