📌 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Identify and address patent data discrepancies to minimize risks in IP payments.
✅ Conduct precise data audits by cross-referencing patent office registers.
✅ Manage large datasets using Excel functions like IF, SUM, INDEX, MATCH, VLOOKUP.
✅ Develop simple automations using VBA (preferred but not mandatory).
✅ Analyze and compare large data files for data accuracy.
