Roles & Responsibilities:
🔄 Responsible for sourcing new business opportunities.
🌟 Ability to identify sales opportunities and manage customer relationships.
💼 Work closely with Team Leaders, Sales Managers, and Branches to achieve assigned targets.
📈 Generate leads from branch customers, HNW clients, and the open market.
🛋️ Conduct client visits for documentation and verification processes.
📑 Ensure compliance with all required KYC and post-disbursement documents.
🎉 Achieve sales targets and submit daily sales reports.
🌟 Organize promotional events and marketing campaigns.
