✔️ Contact customers to collect outstanding payments or take payment commitments
✔️ Make collection calls, send invoices, and handle customer inquiries
✔️ Reconcile orders, validate credits/debits, and manage refunds
✔️ Address customer disputes and resolve issues across departments
✔️ Handle inbound & outbound collection calls π
✔️ Provide payment plan options based on customer needs π³
✔️ Maintain a deep understanding of client processes and policies
