📌 Role Overview
This role involves supporting the daily operations of the Premium Processing (PP) team by ensuring high-quality service delivery. The Trainee Technician will be responsible for completing assigned tasks accurately and on time while helping the team meet key performance targets (SLAs & KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Accurately and efficiently complete assigned premium processing tasks.
✔ Seek guidance from Senior Technicians when necessary.
✔ Actively participate in feedback sessions and professional development.
✔ Contribute to meeting service delivery targets (SLAs & KPIs).
✔ Adhere to company policies, compliance regulations, risk management protocols, and audit requirements.
✔ Successfully complete assigned training programs and assessments from the Compliance and Training Departments.
