Job Description:
As a Technical Solution Analyst I, your responsibilities include:
- Conducting investigations on front-end applications.
- Capturing information, applying fix tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows.
- Utilizing backend techniques, including capturing log files, querying tables, updating database fields, and cycling servers.
- Documenting notes, activities, resolutions, and knowledge articles throughout the investigation lifecycle.
- Prioritizing work based on severity to balance client and business needs.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure issues are addressed by the appropriate individuals.
📚 Career Level: IC1
Basic Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in application support, client/customer support, incident management, problem management, and change management.
- Knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language).
- Willingness to work shifts from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST and provide on-call support.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and efficient communication with global collaborators.
