Eligibility Criteria for Bank of Baroda Careers 2025
Educational Qualifications:
- Graduation in any discipline from a recognized institution (Govt. of India/UGC/AICTE)
- Post Graduate Degree in Law, Management, or CA/CS/ICWA
- Desirable: Certification from National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) - NISM Series-IX: Merchant Banking Certification Examination (‘MBCE’) (renewed every 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Debt Capital Market (DCM) Desk, including experience with registered Merchant Bankers or CA firms.
Age Limit (As on 01 January 2025):
- Minimum Age: 25 years
- Maximum Age: 45 years
Contract Period:
- 12 months
Selection Process of Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2025
The selection process will be based on:
- Shortlisting of candidates based on their qualifications, experience, and suitability.
- Personal Interview or other selection methods (as deemed necessary).
- Selection will be provisional, with no document verification at the initial stage.
